Ah, A Lesson In Crime really takes me back- I’m not gonna lie, I don’t feel like Tokyo Police Club has done anything to amazing since, but I got the Smith EP anyway. Last time I saw them at Emo’s they played with White Denim last summer, with some other ridiculously oversized too-many-member band.

They play with The Whigs and The Boxing Lesson tonight at Emo’s outside. If you haven’t heard just last week The Boxing Lesson’s drummer, Jake Mitchell, was jailed for pot growing and labeled a narco-terrorist. Drummer Kevin Sparks will be taking his place tonight, of course with Jake’s blessing. If anything, you should go to hear this song:
