As we’ve mentioned before, it seems that most of the members of Clap!Clap! are still out there making music, and good music at that. Louis Lemuz is doing plenty with The Always Already, Nick Whitfield is busy putting out massive amount of music this year with Haunting Oboe Music, and now Joshua Mills and Mike Groener have joined up with a third to provide us with some local electro- known to you as x and o.
They have two tracks, “Sometimes,” and “Battery Acid and Honey,”, out now that you can check out right cha until their four track EP is released. I love the vocalist on here- there are some serious David Gahn similiarities- which is never a bad thing in my book. I would love to hear something at a higher BPM-which I’m sure is on its way if there is any Clap! Clap! vibes left to mix in. But for now lots of synth, lots of keys and those airy guitars means lots of awesome- go check them out.
