Best Fwends playing with Cex, Stoves Blow, and Many Birthdays tomorrow night at Emo’s Lounge. Best Fwends hit the big time with this commerical, and hits like “I’m Gonna Bake You, You Fuckin’ Potato”. But don’t be fooled by their frantic dance/rap/punk jams, their real genius shines in their writing abilities. A quick lyrical exploration of the song “M.Y.S.E.L.F”:

So after that exploration, I think it is clear that Cex with Best Fwends is supposed to be fun, don’t go making it all awkward by trying to read to much into it. I couldn’t say much about his music but I will say Cex’ website is worth a click-through. Tomorrow night, be cool:
