Abe Vigoda, who just got off tour with No Age and played a dope ass show with the Strange Boys last month in Austin, will be touring with Diplo, Boy 8-Bit, and Telepathe. The tour hits Austin November 7 at Emo’s outside and will also feature DJ Blaqstarr. You can get pre-sale tickets and a discounted Diplo shirt if you register now at Mad Decent. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 am on August 19.

Abe Vigoda is doing that noise tropical punk thing- if you can dig it, and much better than the often-compared-to-ivy-leaguers Vampire Weekend. The sound is sort of thrown together, yet melodic- you’ll find yourself totally immersed in it, get a taste of what’s to come:
