Remember Keith P’s ‘Born in ‘82′ mix? Heard about this guy last fall, he’s at the Mohawk tonight (10pm) with everyone’s favorite resident DJ, Prince Klassen. Many nights of Beauty Bar debauchery have been had to the sounds of this Prince, you can download his ‘Chopped and Screwed’ mix here to bring the party home. Busdriver, Anti-MC, DJ Aspek, DJ Bomber, Giant Hornets from Japan are also playing an earlier set (9pm) at the Mohawk outside tonight, guaranteed a good show, don’t miss it.
Looks like the Mohawk is up to another summer of good shows, and switchburn will be there to capture, well, most of it. After last night’s great show with Via Audio, Jukebox the Ghost, and The Lovely Sparrows, switchburn will be filming the FYeah Tour with Matt and Kim, TheDeathSet, Team Robespierre & Brother Reade, plus comedians TBA & spoken word by Keith Morris- more info about this coming soon.
