Via Audio, Jukebox the Ghost, and The Lovely Sparrows play the Mohawk Friday the 13th. Jukebox the Ghost (left) is a charming little trio from Washington D.C. who make some seriously upbeat pop. They may seem predictable after listening to ‘Good Day’, its just so catchy..and cheerful.. but then you sort of love it, don’t you? I took it a step further and listened to ‘Hold it In’, which has some Freddie Mercury-esque falsettos, and I was sold. These guys may have a sense of humor- but there is serious talent here, and they have a reputation for putting on some amazing live shows.
Jukebox will be joined by Via Audio and Austin’s own The Lovely Sparrows, and switchburn will be filming it all. Show starts at 8pm, tickets at the door.
